摘要	在大农业观的指导下，绿色施药作为一种典型的绿色生产技术，其应用和推广是推动农业绿色高质量发展的重要举措。而农户所拥有的信息资本是推进农业绿色高质量发展的重要途径。本文基于SOR理论模型、行为经济学以及信息科学理论，探讨了信息资本对农户施用无公害农药的影响机制，信息获取能力、质量、渠道及信息效果感知均对无公害农药施用行为的转变有积极的影响，且可通过提高农户对技术的感知易用性进而促进农户施用无公害农药；而社会规范削弱了信息效果感知对无公害农药施用意愿与行为悖离的积极影响，尤其是在低社会规范群体中更为显著。本研究为农业农村现代化发展中的农户对农业绿色生产技术采纳推广提供了启示。一方面，政府应提升农户的信息资本水平，建立和完善农业信息传播网络；另一方面，加大推广绿色施药技术和服务，提高农产品的市场竞争力，促进农业产业链各环节的协同发展，提高农业附加值，为农户提供经济激励。
其他摘要	Under the guidance of the micro-agriculture concept,green pesticide,as a typical green production technology,is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of green agriculture through its application and promotion.The infor-mation capital owned by farmers is an important way to promote the green and high-quality development of agriculture.Based on SOR model,behavioral economics and information science theories,this article explored the impact mechanism of information capital on the farmers'use of pollution-free pesticides.The information acquisition ability,quality,channels,and the perception of information effects all have a positive impact on the transformation of pollution-free pesticide application behavior,and can pro-mote the farmers'use of pollution-free pesticides by improving the their perception and the easy use of technology.However,so-cial norms weaken the positive impact of perceived information effects on the deviation between the willingness and behavior of pollution-free pesticide application,especially in low social norm groups.This study provides insights for farmers to adopt and promote green agricultural production technologies in the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.On the one hand,the gov-ernment should enhance the information capital level of farmers and establish and improve agricultural information dissemination networks;On the other hand,we should increase the promotion of green pesticide technology and services,improve the market competitiveness of agricultural products,promote the coordinated development of various links in the agricultural industry chain,increase agricultural added value,and provide economic incentives for farmers.
