摘要

在新一代信息技术呈井喷式迅猛发展的时代背景下,以人工智能为核心的新一轮科技革命和产业变革浪潮汹涌来袭,其强大的创新驱动力为打破当前制造业企业深陷的发展困境带来了前所未有的新机遇。全球范围内,世界主要经济体纷纷积极布局人工智能发展战略,在政策扶持、资金投入、人才培养以及技术研发等多方面展开全方位竞争,皆志在抢占未来人工智能的战略制高点。2017年中国出台《新一代人工智能发展规划》,政策推动使得大量资源向人工智能与制造业融合领域倾斜,鼓励企业加大研发投入,加速科技成果转化。这不仅有力地促进了制造业生产流程的智能化改造,实现生产效率的大幅跃升、成本的有效控制以及产品质量的显著提升,还为制造业企业OFDI营造了极为有利的政策环境,极大地增强了中国制造业企业在国际市场的核心竞争力

当前中国人工智能发展势头强劲,工业机器人应用广泛;OFDI规模庞大但增速有变。在此背景下,本以制造业上市企业为研究对象,构建双固定效应模型实证探究人工智能对制造业企业OFDI的影响实证结果表明人工智能对制造业企业OFDI存在显著促进作用;且人工智能对东部和国有制造业企业OFDI的影响效果要大于中西部和非国有企业。机制检验揭示成本效应中通过要素替代与管理费率优化产出效应中通过创新产出增加以及全要素生产率提升,共同构成促进OFDI的核心路径。未来政府应强化政策扶持、促进区域协同、助力企业创新升级与人才培养,以提升企业国际竞争力,实现制造业高质量发展。

本文丰富了微观层面人工智能与企业OFDI关系的研究完善人工智能对企业OFDI的影响机制;在实践中为制造业企业借助人工智能提升OFDI水平提供精准策略,助力企业应对国际竞争、优化全球布局,对推动中国制造业迈向全球价值链高端、实现经济高质量发展意义深远,为政府政策优化与企业战略决策提供关键依据。

英文摘要

In In the context of the rapid development of the new generation of information technology, a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation with artificial intelligence as the core is surging, and its strong innovation driving force has brought unprecedented new opportunities to break the current development dilemma of manufacturing enterprises. Globally, the world's major economies have actively laid out artificial intelligence strategies, and launched all-round competition in policy support, capital investment, talent training, technology research and development, etc., all aiming to seize the strategic commanding heights of artificial intelligence in the future. In 2017, China issued the "New Generation Artificial Intelligence Development Plan", which promotes a large amount of resources to the integration of artificial intelligence and manufacturing, encourages enterprises to increase Research and Development investment, and accelerates the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. This not only effectively promotes the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing production process, realizes a substantial jump in production efficiency, effective cost control and significant improvement of product quality, but also creates a very favorable policy environment for manufacturing enterprises OFDI, and greatly enhances the core competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing enterprises in the international market.

At present, the development momentum of Chinese artificial intelligence is strong, and industrial robots are widely used; OFDI is huge, but its growth rate has changed. In this research context, this paper focuses on listed manufacturing companies as the research subject. By constructing a double fixed effect model, it empirically probes into the impact of artificial intelligence on the OFDI of manufacturing enterprises. The empirical findings indicate that artificial intelligence significantly promotes the OFDI of manufacturing enterprises. Moreover, the influence of artificial intelligence on OFDI in eastern and state-owned manufacturing enterprises is more pronounced than that in central and western regions and non-state-owned enterprises. The mechanism test reveals that the core path to promote OFDI is to be promoted through factor substitution and management fee optimization in the cost effect, and through the increase of innovation output and total factor productivity in the output effect. In the future, the government should strengthen policy support, promote regional coordination, and help enterprises innovate and upgrade and cultivate talents, so as to enhance the international competitiveness of enterprises and achieve high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.

The present paper enriches micro-level research on the correlation between artificial intelligence and enterprise OFDI, bringing new perspectives and data to this research area. Enhance the exploration of the impact mechanism of artificial intelligence on enterprise OFDI;In practical terms, this research offers targeted strategies for manufacturing enterprises to enhance their OFDI levels by leveraging artificial intelligence. It equips enterprises to better handle international competition and refine their global layout. This bears great significance as it drives China's manufacturing industry to reach the high-end of the global value chain and enables the attainment of high - quality economic progress.Additionally, it serves as a crucial foundation for government policy optimization and corporate strategic decision-making.
