  在全球经济数字化转型的浪潮下，我国经济正经历从高速度向高质量发展深刻转变。随着工业化进程的持续推进，数字经济逐渐成为驱动经济增长的新引擎，在国民经济体系中的战略地位日益提升。面对国际竞争新格局，推动数字技术与实体经济深度融合，促进产业结构优化升级，已成为培育高质量发展新优势的关键路径。在此背景下，系统分析数字经济发展水平，深入剖析其对产业结构演化升级的作用机制，不仅有助于把握经济发展新趋势，也对加快构建现代化产业结构体系具有重要的实践价值。

  本文采用理论分析与实证检验相结合的方法，考察数字经济对产业结构演变的作用机制。在理论层面，基于现有文献与研究成果，重点分析数字经济影响产业结构调整的直接路径与间接传导机制。实证研究部分，从数字基础设施建设、数字产业发展以及产业数字化三个维度构建综合评价指标体系，运用熵权法确定指标权重，对2012-2022年间全国30个省级行政区的数字经济发展水平进行测度。同时，从产业结构合理化与高级化两个维度刻画产业转型演变特征。通过构建固定效应模型，实证检验数字经济对产业结构升级的影响效应，并引入资本配置效率作为中介变量，深入探讨其在两者关系中的传导作用。

  研究结论表明，我国整体数字经济整体水平在2012-2020年逐年上升，2020-2022年有略微下降，数字经济发展对产业结构合理化和高级化有促进作用；资本配置效率是数字经济影响产业结构合理化的中介渠道；数字经济对产业结构演变作用具有区域差异性，其中东部地区效应更为明显。因此，提出相应政策建议：提升全国数字经济发展水平，强化数字基础设施建设投入；提升资本配置效率，充分发挥数字经济对产业结构升级的间接推动作用；采取差异化策略推动数字经济及产业结构协调发展。

         Under the tide of digital transformation of the global economy, China's economy is undergoing a profound transformation from high-speed development to high-quality development. With the continuous progress of industrialization, the digital economy has gradually become a new engine to drive economic growth, and its strategic position in the national economic system has been increasingly improved. In the face of the new pattern of international competition, promoting the deep integration of digital technology and the real economy and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure have become the key path to cultivate new advantages of high-quality development. In this context, the systematic analysis of the development level of digital economy and the in-depth analysis of its mechanism of action on the evolution and upgrading of industrial structure not only help to grasp the new trend of economic development, but also have important practical value for accelerating the construction of a modern industrial structure system.

        This paper uses a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical test to investigate the role of digital economy in the transformation of industrial structure. At the theoretical level, based on the existing literature and research results, this paper focuses on the direct path and indirect transmission mechanism of the impact of digital economy on industrial structure adjustment. In the empirical research part, a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed from three dimensions of digital infrastructure construction, digital industry development and industrial digitization. The entropy weight method is used to determine the index weight, and the digital economy development level of 30 provincial administrative regions in China from 2012 to 2022 is measured and evaluated. At the same time, the evolution characteristics of industrial transformation are described from the two dimensions of rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure. By constructing a fixed effect model, this paper empirically tests the impact of digital economy on the upgrading of industrial structure, and introduces the efficiency of capital allocation as an intermediary variable to further explore its conduction role in the relationship between the two.

        The research conclusion shows that the overall level of China's overall digital economy increased year by year from 2012 to 2020, and declined slightly from 2020 to 2022. The development of digital economy can promote the rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure; The efficiency of capital allocation is the intermediary channel for digital economy to affect the rationalization of industrial structure; The effect of digital economy on the evolution of industrial structure has regional differences, especially in the eastern region. Therefore, corresponding policy suggestions are put forward: to enhance the development level of the national digital economy, strengthen the investment in digital infrastructure construction; Improve the efficiency of capital allocation and give full play to the indirect role of digital economy in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure; Adopt differentiation strategies to promote the coordinated development of digital economy and industrial structure.
