摘要	依托本地区调研数据,采用明瑟收入模型研究发现,国家通用语表达能力和听力水平对农村劳动力职业收入具有明显增长作用,且在中低收入群体具有明显正向作用.总体来看,国家通用语能力对该地区农村劳动力具有减少贫困的经济价值,是促使农村劳动力自我造血、服务乡村振兴发展战略的有效手段.在此结论下,应实施分年龄、分性别、分职业强针对性的语言技能培训;以新媒体平台为依托,持续加大国家通用语言文字推广力度;了解当地语言使用现状,形成具有当地特色的语言服务策略,以此,巩固乡村振兴成果.
其他摘要	Based on local research data and using the Minser income model,the paper finds that the Mandarin ability has a significant effect on the occupational income of rural labor in Gansu province,and has a positive effect on the middle-and low-income groups.On the whole,the Mandarin ability has the economic value of reducing poverty for the rural labor force and is an effective means to serve the development strategy of Rural revitalization.Based on this conclusion,the measures to consolidate the achievements of Rural revitalization are recommended as the following:implementing language skills training for different ages,genders and occupations,further promoting the Mandarin ability by relying on new media platforms,and taking effective language service strategies with local characteristics in accordance with language-using situation in local areas.
