摘要	随着数字化转型的深入推进,新质生产力在企业高质量发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色.以 2010-2023 年我国科技公司的相关数据作为研究样本,运用文本分析法构建企业人机协同指标,实证分析与检验新质生产力如何通过赋能人机协同实现企业高质量发展的具体作用机制.研究发现,新质生产力能促进企业的高质量发展;机制检验结果显示:数字新质生产力能通过赋能人机协同实现企业高质量发展.具体来说,新质生产力通过提升自动化水平和资源分配精准度、知识的多元化与实时共享推动企业的技术创新和管理效率的提高;通过增强企业声誉与企业价值提高企业对高素质人才的吸引力;通过资源整合与信息整合促进企业内部的协同合作与创新.研究结论为企业加强人机协同的实践应用与管理、实现高质量发展提供了理论参考和政策建议.
其他摘要	With the deepening of digital transformation,new quality productivite forces play an increasingly important role in the high-quality development of enterprises.Based on the relevant data of Chinese technology companies from 2010 to 2023,this paper uses the text analysis method to construct the human-machine collaboration index of enterprises,and empirically analyzes and tests the specific mechanism of how the new quality productivite forces can achieve high-quality development of enterprises by empowering human-machine collaboration.It is found that new quality productivite forces can promote the high-quality development of enterprises.The result of mechanism test shows that digital new quality productivite forces can achieve high-quality development of enterprises by empowering human-machine collaboration.Specifically,the new quality productivite forces promote the improvement of technological innovation and management efficiency of enterprises by improving the level of automation and the accuracy of resource allocation,the diversification and real-time sharing of knowledge;improves the attractiveness of enterprises to high-quality talents by enhancing corporate reputation and corporate value;promotes collaboration and innovation within the enterprise through resource integration and information integration.The research conclusions provide a theoretical reference and policy suggestions for enterprises to strengthen the practical application and management of human-machine collaboration and achieve high-quality development.
