Based on the 4R crisis management theory,this paper explores effective approaches to address campus crisis events in universities by focusing on strengthening reduction management before campus crisis events,establishing preparatory management for responding to such events,improving response management for handling them,and emphasizing recovery management after they occur.It is pointed out that campuses should increase investment in infrastructure,standardize teaching management,student management,and dormitory management.Comprehensive safety education for students should be conducted through multiple channels.Additionally,universities need to improve information transmission and collection channels for campus crisis events,as well as develop emergent response plans and disposal procedures.Efforts should be made to enhance the basic qualities and professional abilities of student affairs administrators in dealing with campus crisis events.At the same time,students should actively cooperate with the safety education conducted by the university,participate in crisis drills,continuously improve their safety awareness,and consciously maintain campus stability.
