摘要

近年来,我国制造业取得了迅速发展,而取得成就的背后是粗放型增长模式带来的高污染、高能耗与低附加值。随着数字经济的不断兴起,世界各国纷纷制定了利用数字经济复兴制造业的战略规划,我国制造业竞争优势逐渐减弱,制造业转型升级迫在眉睫。在此背景下,习近平总书记多次强调要促进数字经济与实体经济深度融合,推动制造业高端化、智能化、绿色化,增强制造业核心竞争力。因此,科学评价我国各区域数字经济与制造业的融合发展现状,探究融合发展水平的影响因素,对于全面提高数字经济与制造业融合发展水平、促进制造业转型升级具有重要的现实意义。

首先,本文在前人研究的基础上,对数字经济与制造业融合发展的影响因素进行了理论分析,探究各影响因素的作用机理,为后文实证研究奠定基础。随后结合数字经济、制造业定义与相关研究分别构建了数字经济与制造业发展水平的评价指标体系。接着运用熵值法对二者的发展水平进行了测算,并对测算结果展开了总体特征与区域差异描述。在此基础上,运用耦合协调度模型、Dagum基尼系数以及核密度估计法对数字经济与制造业融合发展水平的总体特征、区域差异以及分布动态演进趋势进行了分析。最后,在空间相关性检验的基础上,利用空间杜宾模型以及面板Tobit模型对数字经济与制造业融合发展水平的影响因素、空间溢出效应以及影响因素的区域异质性进行了实证分析。

研究结果显示:(1)样本期间内我国数字经济与制造业发展水平均呈上升趋势,但区域差异明显。(2)我国数字经济与制造业融合发展水平同样呈上升趋势,且区域相对差异逐渐缩小,但仍存在较大的绝对差异,区域相对差异主要来源于区域间差异。(3)我国数字经济与制造业融合发展水平存在显著的正向空间相关性,且“高-高”集聚区多为东部省份,“低-低”集聚区多为西部省份。(4)经济发展水平、技术进步、人力资本、市场化水平、金融发展对数字经济与制造业融合发展水平的提高具有显著的正向直接效应;市场化水平、外商投资对邻近省份融合发展水平的提高具有显著的正向溢出效应;技术进步、金融发展则呈现显著的负向溢出效应。(5)我国三大区域数字经济与制造业融合发展水平的影响因素各不相同。

基于以上结论,本文从加大数字技术创新力度、加强数字化职业教育,全面

 

培育数字人才、坚持全面深化市场化改革、加强金融机构的支持力度、实施差异化的区域融合发展水平提升策略五个方面提出了促进我国数字经济与制造业融合的对策建议。

英文摘要

In recent years, China's manufacturing industry has achieved rapid development, but behind the achievements are high pollution, high energy consumption and low value-added brought about by the crude growth model. With the continuous rise of the digital economy, countries around the world have formulated a strategic plan to revitalize the manufacturing industry by using the digital economy, the competitive advantage of China's manufacturing industry is gradually weakening, and the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry is imminent. In this context, President Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the need to promote the deep integration of the digital economy with the real economy, promote the high-end, intelligent and green manufacturing industries, and enhance the core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry. Therefore, scientific evaluation of the current situation of the integration development of digital economy and manufacturing industry in various regions of China, and exploration of the factors affecting the level of integration development are of great practical significance for comprehensively improving the level of integration development of digital economy and manufacturing industry, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.

First of all, on the basis of previous studies, this paper carries out a theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of the integrated development of digital economy and manufacturing industry, explores the mechanism of each influencing factor, and lays a foundation for the subsequent empirical research. Then, combined with digital economy, manufacturing industry definition and related research, the evaluation index system of the development level of digital economy and manufacturing industry is constructed respectively. Subsequently, the entropy value method was applied to measure the development level of the two, and the overall characteristics and regional differences of the results were described. On this basis, the overall characteristics, regional differences and distributional dynamics of the development level of the integration of digital economy and manufacturing industry were analyzed by using the coupling coordination model, Dagum Gini coefficient and kernel density estimation method. Finally, on the basis of spatial correlation test, the spatial Durbin model and panel Tobit model were used to empirically analyze the influencing factors, spatial spillover effects and regional heterogeneity of influencing factors of the level of development of the integration of digital economy and manufacturing industry.

The results of the study show that (1) the development level of China's digital economy and manufacturing industry both showed an upward trend during the sample period, but regional differences are obvious. (2) The level of integration of China's digital economy and manufacturing industry is also on an upward trend, and the regional relative differences are gradually narrowing, but there are still large absolute differences, and the regional differences mainly come from inter-regional differences. (3) There is a significant positive spatial correlation between the level of development of China's digital economy and the integration of manufacturing industry, and the "high - high" agglomeration area is mostly in the eastern provinces, and the "low - low" agglomeration area is mostly in the western provinces. (4) The level of economic development, technological progress, human capital, the level of marketization, and financial development have a significant positive direct effect on the improvement of the level of integration of the digital economy and the manufacturing industry; the level of marketization and foreign investment have a significant positive spillover effect on the improvement of the level of integration of the neighboring provinces; and technological progress and financial development have a significant negative spillover effect. (5) The influencing factors of the integration development level of digital economy and manufacturing industry in the three major regions of China are different.

Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward countermeasure suggestions to promote the integration of China's digital economy and manufacturing industry in five aspects, namely, increasing digital technological innovation, strengthening digital vocational education, comprehensively cultivating digital talents, adhering to the comprehensive deepening of market-oriented reforms, strengthening the support of financial institutions, and implementing the differentiated strategies to improve the level of regional integration development.
