摘要 | 随着我国社会经济的持续增长和发展,我国企业经济理念发生了重大的变化,在企业经营管理中,培育提升员工的幸福感成为企业人力资源管理的核心理念,成为推动和促进企业实现可持续发展的核心路径。山西华英教育公司作为民办教育公司,随和我国对民办教育政策的改革,企业所处的发展环境发生了重大的变化。公司在战略转型、管理变化和技术创新等方面面临着巨大的压力,因此在这种背景下对公司人力资源管理提出了更高的要求。 本文在研究中以山西华英教育公司作为案例和对象,遵循“理论-调研-问题-对策”的思路,采用文献分析法、问卷调查法和访谈法等多种方法分析和研究了山西华英教育幸福感的问题。在本文的分析和研究中,以相关的理论为基础,通过对问卷和访谈信息的归纳总结,分析得出了影响当前山西华英教育公司员工幸福感的主要因素,基于人口学变量进行差异性分析,通过本文的分析研究得出,目前山西华英公司的员工认为目前公司岗位建设规划不足,无法体现员工的价值,薪酬和绩效的激励功能不足,员工对公司的归属感不高。同时目前华英公司在人力资源管理中不够重视员工的教育培训,对于员工个人发展产生一定的限制和制约。在企业文化和企业环境建设方面,公司缺乏人文关怀,导致员工在工作和生活方面无法达到一定的平衡,进一步影响了员工个人的幸福感。为了进一步提升山西华英教育公司员工的幸福感和归属感,针对目前的现状和问题,结合影响因素,本文基于激励理论提出山西华英教育公司在员工管理中要加强员工职业生涯规划管理,为员工的个人发展和职业发展提供广阔的发展空间,建立健全薪酬体系和绩效考核体系,平衡员工个人的工作和生活,积极帮助员工解决家庭问题。同时公司管理层要加强与公司员工之间的沟通交流,在全面掌握和了解员工基本诉求的基础上采取针对性的措施和方法来提高员工个人的幸福感,进而推动和促进公司战略目标的实现。本文针对山西华英教育公司员工幸福感问题的分析和研究,能够为相类似的企业提供相应的借鉴和参考。 |
英文摘要 | With the continuous growth and development of my country's social economy, my country's corporate economic philosophy has undergone major changes. In business management, cultivating and improving the happiness of employees has become the core concept of corporate human resource management and has become the core concept of promoting and promoting enterprises to achieve sustainable development. The core path. As a private education company, Shanxi Huaying Education Company is easy-going with the reform of China's private education policy, and the development environment of the enterprise has undergone major changes. The company is facing tremendous pressure in terms of strategic transformation, management changes and technological innovation, so it puts forward higher requirements for the company's human resource management in this context. In this paper, Shanxi Huaying Education Company is taken as a case and object,following the idea of "theory-research-problem-countermeasure", and using various methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire survey and interview to analyze and study the happiness of Shanxi Huaying education work. In the analysis and research of this article, based on relevant theories, through the summary of questionnaires and interview information, the main factors affecting the happiness of employees of Shanxi Huaying Education Company are analyzed and analyzed based on demographic variables. Through the analysis and research of this article, it is concluded that the employees of Shanxi Huaying Company believe that the current company's job construction planning is insufficient and cannot reflect the value of employees, the incentive function of salary and performance is insufficient, and employees' sense of belonging to the company is not high. At the same time, Huaying Company does not pay enough attention to the education and training of employees in human resources management, which has certain restrictions and constraints on the personal development of employees. In terms of corporate culture and corporate environment construction, the company lacks humanistic care, which leads to the inability of employees to achieve a certain balance between work and life, which further affects the personal happiness of employees. In order to further enhance the happiness and sense of belonging of employees of Shanxi Huaying Education Company, in view of the current situation and problems, combined with influencing factors, this paper proposes that Shanxi Huaying Education Company should strengthen the management of employees' career planning in employee management, provide broad development space for employees' personal development and career development, establish and improve the salary system and performance appraisal system, balance employees' personal work and life, and actively help employees solve family problems. At the same time, the company's management should strengthen communication with the company's employees, and take targeted measures and methods to improve the personal happiness of employees on the basis of a comprehensive grasp and understanding of the basic demands of employees, thereby promoting and promoting the company's strategic goals Achieve.
