河南省作为我国中部人口第一大省，长期以来依靠传统能源产业发展经济， 全省的污染状况严重，在中部地区崛起、黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展战略， 以及碳达峰、碳中和决策部署带来的空前历史机遇下，河南省更是面临着“空守 宝山而不得用”的困境。目前河南省绿色产业快速发展，但规模相对较小且绿色 技术应用不足，尽管河南省近些年来积极推动环保绿色技术的研发和推广，但在 实际生产过程中，企业对绿色环保意识仍然不够深刻，生态环境压力大，河南省 面临着严峻的生态环境压力，这在一定程度上制约了其绿色产业发展。因此通过 研究河南省近年来绿色金融与绿色产业的协调发展情况对于发掘目前河南省绿 色发展存在的问题，具有重要的现实意义。 本文研究总结了绿色金融与绿色产业的相关概念、分类，分析了两者之间的 作用机制，通过收集河南省2015年至2021年间绿色金融和绿色产业的数据，构 建评价指标体系，运用耦合协调模型对两者的关联关系进行测度，得到在样本区 间内绿色金融与绿色产业的发展水平以及两者的耦合度，并通过核函数分析两者 耦合形态。研究发现：（1）绿色金融发展水平呈上升趋势，但整体依然不高；（2） 绿色产业发展速度较快，但是不同区域间差异较大；（3）绿色金融与绿色产业的 协调度明显提升；（ 4）地级市之间耦合协调度差异缩小。基于结论，从以下几个 方面给出相应的对策建议：一是均衡全面发展绿色金融，稳住优势补齐短板。二 是培育绿色生产与绿色消费的社会环境。三是加强绿色平台建设，推进系统优质 耦合。 综上，本文通过理论研究和实证分析对河南省绿色金融与绿色产业的发展水 平及耦合关系进行了总结阐述，一方面可以丰富研究河南省绿色金融和绿色产业 的理论框架，另一方面也总结了河南省在绿色发展过程中的优势和缺陷，识别地 区间的发展差异，为制定河南省绿色金融与绿色产业的协调发展政策提供理论依 据。

Henan Province, as the most populous province in central China, has long relied on traditional energy industries for economic development, leading to severe pollution across the province. Facing unprecedented historical opportunities brought about by the rise of the central region, the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River Basin, and the deployment of carbon peak and carbon neutrality decisions, Henan Province is particularly confronted with the dilemma of "guarding a treasure mountain without being able to utilize it." Currently, the green industry in Henan Province is developing rapidly, but the scale is relatively small and the application of environmental protection technology is insufficient. Although Henan Province actively promotes the research and development and promotion of environmental protection technology, some enterprises still do not widely apply environmental protection technology in the actual production process. The ecological environment is under great pressure, and Henan Province faces severe ecological and environmental pressure, which to some extent restricts the development of its green industry. Therefore, studying the coordinated development of green finance and green industry in Henan Province in recent years is of great practical significance for uncovering the existing problems in Henan Province's green development. This paper summarizes and studies the related concepts and classifications of green finance and green industry, analyzes the mechanism of action between the two, collects data on green finance and green industry in Henan Province from 2015 to 2021, constructs an evaluation index system, and uses the coupling coordination model to measure the correlation between the two. The development level and coupling degree of green finance and green industry within the sample period are obtained, and the coupling pattern between the two is analyzed using the nuclear function. The study finds that: (1) the development level of green finance is on the rise, but the overall level is still not high; (2) the development speed of the green industry is relatively fast, but there are significant differences among different regions; (3) the coordination between green finance and green industry has significantly improved; (4) the difference in coupling coordination degree among prefecture-level cities has narrowed. Based on the conclusions, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given from the following aspects: first, to balance and fully develop green finance and stabilize advantages to make up for shortcomings. Second, to cultivate a social environment for green production and green consumption. Third, to strengthen the construction of green platforms and promote systematic high-quality coupling. In summary, this paper summarizes and elaborates on the coupling relationship between green finance and green industry in Henan Province through theoretical research and empirical analysis. On the one hand, it can enrich the theoretical framework of green finance and green industry in Henan Province. On the other hand, it can also recognize the advantages and weaknesses in the development process, identify regional development differences, and provide a basis for formulating coordinated development policies for green finance and green industry in Henan Province.
