摘要

摘 要

  中国明确提出了2030年"碳达峰"与2060年"碳中和"的双碳目标,在此目标的要求下,节能减排、降本增效、稳定生产就成为各个生产制造企业的重要工作。热电工序是电力行业长期关注的重点,是国家节能减排控制的重点生产流程。在此背景下,实联化工热电工序作为企业生产中的源头,在为其他各工序稳定供应蒸汽产品、电能的生产过程中,有高耗能的特点,需要精益化生产过程,节能降耗、减少不必要的生产资源浪费。

   实联化工(江苏)有限公司(以下简称实联化工)是百万吨级联碱生产企业,各个工序在生产制造过程中,需要热电工序提供大量稳定的蒸汽产品,以保证生产反应的稳定、运行指标的达成及最终产品的品质。本文以其配套的热电工序蒸汽产品为研究对象,通过对其现有的蒸汽产品生的产过程研究与分析,找出其中存在的主要管理问题,即:蒸汽产消不平衡、蒸汽产品成本高、人力资源浪费等。其次,运用鱼骨图和因果矩阵工具,从人、机、料、法、环等几个方面分析导致上述问题产生的主要原因,如人员生产操作技能不熟练、锅炉等主要生产设备故障频繁,煤炭消耗量大成本高、蒸汽生产流程计量自动化不足等原因。然后,依据相关理论和方法,从人、机、料、法、环等几个方面总结了热电工序蒸汽产品生产管理问题,并针对性的提出了具体的优化方案,如员工操作技能的培训、设备管理维护的提升、煤炭库存管理的优化、运行操作方案的完善等。最后,结合生产过程管理优化方案提出了保障措施,并进行预期效果分析。

   通过本研究,可以有效的优化实联化工热电工序蒸汽产品生产过程中的管理问题,减少生产过程中的蒸汽产消不平衡、降低蒸汽产品成本、提高人力资源利用率,从而达到提高实联化工热电工序蒸汽产品的生产稳定、节能降耗、降本增效,增强整个企业的综合竞争力,提高企业的经济效益和社会效益。在节能降耗、生产稳定方面,也为国内外同行的生产过程管理优化提供一定的借鉴意义。

                                                             Abstract

       China has clearly set the dual-carbon goals of "carbon peaking" by 2030 and "carbon neutrality" by 2060. Under the requirements of these goals, energy conservation, emission reduction, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, as well as stable production, have become important tasks. Thermoelectric processes have long been a focus of attention in the power industry and are key production processes controlled by the state for energy conservation and emission reduction. In this context, the thermoelectric process of Silian Chemical, as the source of production in the enterprise, has the characteristic of high energy consumption in the production process of stably supplying steam products and electrical energy to other processes. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure stable production, save energy and reduce consumption, and reduce unnecessary waste of production resources.

          Silian Chemical (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Silian Chemical) is a million-tonne-scale combined alkali production enterprise. In the production and manufacturing processes of various processes, a large and stable supply of steam products from the thermoelectric process is required to ensure the stability of production reactions, the achievement of operating indicators, and the quality of final products. This paper takes the steam products of its supporting thermoelectric process as the research object. By studying and analyzing the existing production process of steam products, the main management problems are identified, namely: imbalance between steam production and consumption, high cost of steam products, and waste of human resources. Secondly, using the fishbone diagram and cause-and-effect matrix tools, the main causes of the above problems are analyzed from the aspects of personnel, machines, materials, methods, and environment, such as unskilled production operation skills of personnel, frequent failures of main production equipment such as boilers, high coal consumption and costs, and insufficient automation of steam production process measurement. Then, based on relevant theories and methods, the production management problems of steam products in the thermoelectric process are summarized from the aspects of personnel, machines, materials, methods, and environment, and specific optimization schemes are proposed accordingly, such as training on employee operating skills, improvement of equipment management and maintenance, optimization of coal inventory management, and improvement of operation schemes. Finally, safeguard measures are proposed in combination with the optimization scheme for production process management, and an analysis of the expected effects is conducted.

          Through this study, the management problems in the production process of steam products in the thermoelectric process of Silian Chemical can be effectively optimized, reducing the imbalance between steam production and consumption in the production process, lowering the cost of steam products, and improving the utilization rate of human resources. This will achieve stable production, energy conservation and consumption reduction, cost reduction and efficiency enhancement of steam products in the thermoelectric process of Silian Chemical, thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of the entire enterprise and improving its economic and social benefits. In terms of energy conservation and consumption reduction, as well as stable production, it also provides certain reference significance for the optimization of production process management of domestic and foreign peers.
