面对新冠疫情、全球经济衰退和新能源汽车冲击等多重因素，传统燃油汽车企业面临巨大的生存压力。但随着数字化技术的出现和质量管理理论的融合创新，又为传统燃油汽车制造企业提升产品质量、降低制造成本、提升市场竞争力提供了新的发展契机。

长安福特汽车有限公司作为一家具有深厚历史底蕴的，以汽车开发、制造、销售和服务为一体的综合性汽车制造企业，在汽车制造行业内具有强大的市场竞争力和品牌影响力。但是现阶段公司面临着越来越严峻的挑战，主要表现为车身部件产品质量问题频发，生产停线增多，生产成本增加和环境污染等。这些问题导致长安福特车身部件产品质量下降，品牌竞争力下滑。在此背景下，如何优化长安福特车身部件质量管理，提升产品质量，成为公司必须面对的课题。

本文以长安福特汽车车身部件为研究对象，运用文献研究法、访谈法、问卷调查法，从供应商生产监督、物流仓储、长安福特生产制造、质量检验到售后监控全流程对长安福特车身部件质量管理存在的问题进行收集、整理，找出其中存在的主要问题，如车身部件质量问题存在漏管控、车身部件质量问题传递效率低等。然后，通过因果分析法和帕累托法对车身部件质量管理过程中的问题进行深入分析，从人、机、料、法、环五个方面归纳问题产生的原因，包括车身部件质量管控人员不足、车身部件质量管理设备信息化不足等。其次，结合全面质量管理理论、六西格玛管理理论和数字化技术，从人、机、料、法、环五个方面提出优化措施，如增设新的质量管理团队、增加信息化质量管理设备等。最后，从成本降低和质量提升两个方面对优化措施效果进行评价，通过建立标准化流程和资料归档的方法对整改效果进行固化，并从组织和制度方面提出保障方案确保整改措施的落地实施。

通过本次研究，有效提升了长安福特车身部件质量管理水平和车身部件产品质量，增强了长安福特的市场竞争力和品牌影响力，加快了长安福特成为中国汽车行业领跑者的实现步伐，对其他制造企业产品质量管理优化提升具有一定的借鉴意义。

Facing multiple factors such as the COVID-19 epidemic, global economic recession and the impact of new energy vehicles, traditional fuel vehicle companies are facing tremendous pressure to survive. However, the emergence of digital technology and the integration and innovation of quality management theory have provided new development opportunities for traditional fuel vehicle manufacturing companies to improve product quality, reduce manufacturing costs, and enhance market competitiveness.

As a comprehensive automobile manufacturing enterprise with a profound historical background, Changan Ford Automobile Co., Ltd. integrates automobile development, manufacturing, sales and service. It has strong market competitiveness and brand influence in the automobile manufacturing industry. However, at this stage, the company is facing increasingly severe challenges, mainly manifested in the frequent quality problems of body parts products, increased production shutdowns, increased production costs and environmental pollution. These problems have led to a decline in the quality of Changan Ford's body parts products and a decline in brand competitiveness. In this context, how to optimize the quality management of Changan Ford's body parts and improve product quality has become a topic that the company must face.

This article takes Changan Ford automobile body parts as the research object, using literature research method, interview method and questionnaire survey method to analyze the quality of Changan Ford body parts throughout the whole process from supplier production supervision, logistics and warehousing, Changan Ford manufacturing, quality inspection to after-sales monitoring. Collect and sort out existing problems in management, and find out the main problems, such as lack of management and control of quality problems of body parts, low efficiency of transmission of quality problems of body parts, etc. Then, we conducted an in-depth analysis of the problems in the quality management process of body parts through the cause-and-effect analysis method and the Pareto method, and summarized the causes of the problems from the five aspects of people, machines, materials, methods, and environment, including the lack of quality control personnel for body parts, insufficient informatization of body parts quality management equipment, etc. Secondly, combined with total quality management theory, Six Sigma management theory and digital technology, optimization measures are proposed from the five aspects of human, machine, material, method and environment, such as adding a new quality management team, adding information quality management equipment, etc. Finally, the effectiveness of the optimization measures was evaluated from the aspects of cost reduction and quality improvement, the rectification effects were solidified by establishing standardized processes and data archiving, and a guarantee plan was proposed from the organizational and institutional aspects to ensure the implementation of the rectification measures.

Through this research, Changan Ford's body parts quality management level and body parts product quality have been effectively improved, Changan Ford's market competitiveness and brand influence have been enhanced, and Changan Ford's goal of becoming a leader in the Chinese automobile industry has been accelerated. The optimization and improvement of product quality management in manufacturing enterprises has certain reference significance.
