摘要	文章基于2011—2020年中国30个省份的面板数据和畅通国民经济循环的视角，对我国新发展格局发展水平进行测度，并分析了数字经济赋能新发展格局的机制与路径，研究发现：数字经济显著推动了新发展格局发展水平的提升，在考虑内生性等问题后基准回归结论依旧稳健。一方面，这种推动效用具有边际递增的非线性特征和区域、维度上的异质性特征；另一方面，数字经济可以通过提高要素市场化水平对新发展格局产生正向的促进作用；通过进一步研究发现，新发展格局发展水平越高的地区，数字经济的促进效果越明显，即表明数字经济在一定程度上扩大了区域新发展格局发展水平的差距。
其他摘要	Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020 and from the perspective of unimpeded circu-lation of national economy,this paper measures the level of China's new development patterns,and analyzes the mechanism and path of digital economy empowering new development pattern.The research findings go as below:Digital economy has significant-ly improved the level of new development patterns,and the benchmark regression conclusion still holds after endogeneity and oth-er issues are considered.On the one hand,this promotion utility has nonlinear characteristics of marginal increase and heterogene-ity in regions and dimensions.On the other hand,digital economy can positively promote the new development patterns by improv-ing the level of factor marketization.Further analysis indicates that the higher the development level of the new development pat-terns,the stronger the promotion effect of the digital economy is,and digital economy has widened the gap in the level of regional new development patterns to a certain extent.
