摘要	基于演化博弈论，研究构建了辖区内地方政府、物流企业、消费者的三方博弈模型，分析策略演化路径。并利用Matlab2022b进行系统仿真，探究了不同假设情境下稳定点的变化，分析了影响收敛速度的相关变量，最终提出了管理实践建议：1）中央政府应加大对地方政府积极监管的奖励；2）物流企业应依托技术创新实现转型；3）地方政府应合理使用惩戒手段；4）地方政府应加大对中小物流企业的支持；5)地方政府应合理使用绿色消费补贴这一辅助手段。
其他摘要	Based on evolutionary game theory,this paper studies and constructs a tripartite game model of local government,logistics enterprises and consumers within the jurisdiction to analyze the strategy evolution path.In addition,uses Matlab 2022 b to conduct system simulation,explore the changes of stable points under different hypothetical scenarios,analyze the related variables affecting the convergence speed,and finally puts forward management practice suggestions:①The central government should give more incentives to local governments for active supervision;②Logistics enterprises should rely on technological innovation to achieve transformation;③Local governments should make reasonable use of disciplinary measures;④Local governments should increase support for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises;⑤Local governments should make proper use of green consumption subsidies as an auxiliary means.
