摘要	以38家A股上市公司为案例，采用动态QCA方法，从时空维度进一步探究企业数字化转型影响因素的组态路径。研究发现：组织韧性与区域对外开放水平对企业数字化转型具有显著的时间效应，企业规模、组织韧性、研发投入、经济发展水平与区域对外开放水平对企业数字化转型具有显著地区集群效应；5个前因条件相互作用，共组成5条路径影响企业数字化转型，其中1条为高企业规模、高区域对外开放水平、高研发投入和高经济发展水平相互协同的组合路径，对于推动企业实现高数字化转型具有一定的普适作用；另外4条路径会导致企业非高数字化转型，且企业高数字化转型和企业非高数字化转型的路径互相独立，进一步表明了企业数字化转型与其前因条件之间的因果非对称性。
其他摘要	Taking 38 A-share listed companies as cases,this study uses the dynamic QCA method to further explore the configuration path of influencing factors of enterprise digital transformation from the spatio-temporal di-mensions.The results show that organizational resilience and regional opening-up have a significant time effect on enterprise digital transformation,and the scale of enterprises,organizational resilience,R&D investment,economic development level,and regional opening-up level have significant regional cluster effects on enterprise digital trans-formation.The interaction of five antecedents constitutes a total of five paths that affect enterprise digital transforma-tion,one of which is a combination path of a high enterprise scale,a high level of regional opening-up,high R&D investment,and a high level of economic development,which plays a certain applicable role in promoting enterpri-ses to achieve high levels of digital transformation.The other four paths lead to non-high levels of enterprise digital transformation,and the paths of high levels and non-high levels of enterprise digital transformation are independent of each other,which further indicates the causal asymmetry between enterprise digital transformation and their ante-cedent conditions.
