摘要

近年来,企业间的竞争愈发激烈,如何提升企业竞争力是学者和企业关注的重点。 资源基础论认为,企业是一切资源的整合体,获得优质资源,并利用资源获取更多利益, 是企业提升竞争力的重要途径。数字金融能够通过信息技术,让资金供给方能够获取企 业的更多信息,在此基础上,资金供给方愿意以更低的价格为企业提供资金,企业在拥 有更多资金后获得优质资源的能力也会增强。企业可以利用数字金融的信息技术,了解 更多的外部信息,企业也会做出更优的决策,提升使用资源的效率,获取更多的利益。 企业在通过数字金融平台获得更多优质资源和提升资源利用效率之后,企业竞争力也会 得到提升。

当前,全球范围内企业积极承担社会责任已成为普遍共识,这一趋势也引起了我国 众多企业的广泛关注和高度重视。本文在研究数字金融与企业竞争力关系的基础上,探 讨企业社会责任是否在数字金融与企业竞争力中发挥着中介效应。即数字金融能否通过 向利益相关者提供企业的更多信息,驱使企业履行社会责任,而利益相关者能否在企业 履行责任后,对企业做出正向回馈,利用自身资源帮助企业提升竞争力。

本文在回顾和总结现有文献的基础上,首先依据信息不对称理论和资源基础理论, 构建了关于数字金融发展对企业竞争力影响的研究假设。接着,再利用信息不对称理论, 推导了数字金融对企业履行社会责任影响的研究假设。这些假设为深入探讨数字金融在 提升企业竞争力和推动企业承担社会责任方面的作用提供了理论基础。最后基于利益相 关者理论提出企业社会责任在数字金融与企业竞争力之间发挥中介效应的研究假设。在 上述假设的基础之上,本文以我国 A 股上市公司2013-2022 年的十年数据作为研究对象, 通过实证探究数字金融、企业竞争力与企业社会责任三者之间关系。研究结果表明:(1) 数字金融与企业竞争力呈显著正相关;(2)数字金融与企业社会责任呈显著正相关;

3)企业社会责任在数字金融与企业竞争力的关系中存在部分中介效应。最后在结论 的基础上,关于政府发展数字金融,政府激发企业履行社会责任的积极性以及企业积极 参与数字金融的发展提供建议对策。

英文摘要

In recent years, competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce,  and  how  to  enhance  their  competitiveness  has  become   a  focus  of attention  for  scholars  and  enterprises.  The  resource-based  theory  holds  that enterprises are the integration of all resources. Obtaining high-quality resources and utilizing them to gain more benefits is an important way for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. Digital finance can enable funding providers to access more information about enterprises through information technology. On this basis, funding providers are willing to provide funding to enterprises at lower prices, and the ability of enterprises to obtain high-quality resources after obtaining  more  funds  will  also  be  enhanced.  Enterprises  can  utilize  the information   technology   of   digital   finance   to   understand   more    external information,   make   better   decisions,   improve   the   efficiency   of   resource utilization,   and   obtain   more   benefits.  After   obtaining   more   high-quality resources and improving resource utilization efficiency through digital financial platforms, the competitiveness of enterprises will also be enhanced.

Currently, it has become a common consensus for enterprises worldwide to actively   assume   social   responsibility,   and   this   trend   has   also   attracted widespread attention and high attention from many enterprises in China. On the basis  of  studying   the   relationship  between  digital  finance  and  corporate competitiveness,  this  article  explores  whether  corporate  social  responsibility plays a mediating role in the relationship between digital finance and corporate competitiveness. Whether digital  finance  can drive  companies to  fulfill their social  responsibilities  by  providing  more   information  to   stakeholders,   and whether  stakeholders  can  provide  positive   feedback  to  the   company   after fulfilling their responsibilities, using their own resources to help the company improve its competitiveness.

 

On the basis of reviewing and summarizing existing literature, this article first   constructs   a   research   hypothesis   on   the   impact   of   digital   finance development  on  enterprise  competitiveness  based  on  information  asymmetry theory  and  resource-based  theory.  Then,  using  the  theory  of  information asymmetry, the research hypothesis on the impact of digital finance on corporate social responsibility was derived. These assumptions provide a theoretical basis for  further  exploring  the  role  of  digital   finance   in   enhancing   corporate competitiveness and promoting corporate social responsibility. Finally, based on stakeholder  theory,  a  research  hypothesis  is  proposed  that  corporate  social responsibility  plays  a  mediating  role  between  digital  finance  and  corporate competitiveness. Based on the above assumptions, this article takes the ten-year data of A-share listed companies in China from 2013 to 2022 as the research object,  and  empirically  explores  the  relationship  between  digital  finance, corporate  competitiveness,  and  corporate  social  responsibility.  The  research results indicate that: (1) there is a significant positive correlation between digital finance  and  corporate  competitiveness;  (2)  There   is  a  significant  positive correlation between digital finance and corporate social responsibility; (3) There is a partial mediating effect of corporate social responsibility in the relationship between digital  finance and corporate competitiveness. Finally, based on the conclusion, suggestions and countermeasures are provided for the government to develop digital finance, stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises to fulfill social responsibilities, and actively participate in the development of digital finance.
